Renewing an established office asset for contemporary commercial use.
The design repositions the existing building through a clearer entrance identity, upgraded facade details, integrated service screening, and a more welcoming arrival sequence.
Night lighting, canopy studies, and landscape elements are coordinated to strengthen street presence while keeping the intervention practical for an occupied urban site.
